But lasting transformation often unfolds differently. It happens gradually, almost invisibly, until one ordinary afternoon you suddenly realise that a situation which would have overwhelmed you six months ago simply doesn’t anymore.

You didn’t consciously apply a technique. You didn’t force yourself to stay calm. You simply responded differently—not because you remembered what to do, but because something within you had already changed.

Light Body Activation Is Measured by Capacity, Not Intensity
