What Is the Nestioo Method? A Contemporary Approach to Light Body Work Supported by Somatic Presence

Sometimes we understand something about ourselves with complete clarity. We recognise a pattern we keep repeating, understand why a particular situation affects us so deeply, or experience a genuine inner shift after meditation, a workshop, or a powerful moment of insight. For a while, everything feels different. We breathe more freely, see what we want more clearly, and feel as though we could never return to the way things were before.

Then everyday life resumes. The body tightens in the same familiar place, old reactions return, and what we understood no longer seems to carry the same power.

The Nestioo Method was developed around this space between inner insight and the change we are actually able to live. It is a contemporary approach to Light Body work supported by Somatic Presence. The method helps people move beyond intellectual understanding and work with the subtle energetic patterns beneath familiar thoughts, emotions, and reactions. As these patterns begin to reorganise, change can become reflected in the body, everyday choices, relationships, and the way we respond to life.

The method was developed by Tomislav Tomic, a meditation teacher, coach, and educator with more than 28 years of personal meditation practice and 17 years of professional experience. It grew from his long-term exploration of a question that often emerges after years of personal and spiritual work: Why does a powerful insight, meditative experience, or inner shift not always become lasting change?

When we understand something but still cannot live it

Insight can be an important beginning. A new understanding may bring immediate relief, help us see a situation differently, or reveal something we could not recognise before. Yet not every pattern changes simply because we have become aware of it.

We may know that we no longer need everyone’s approval and still feel intense tension when it is time to say no. We may understand that a relationship has ended while our body continues to respond as though we still need to fight for it. We may have a clear vision of the life we want while sensing that a deeper part of us remains attached to what is familiar.

The Nestioo Method does not suggest that thoughts and emotions are unimportant. They are meaningful aspects of our experience and can show us a great deal. However, the method does not necessarily view them as the deepest source of what is happening.

Thoughts, emotional reactions, and physical sensations can be understood as the way our system translates deeper energetic patterns into experiences we can consciously perceive. They appear at the surface, while the underlying patterns continue to influence what feels natural, possible, safe, or available to us.

For this reason, Nestioo does not primarily focus on changing thoughts, analysing every emotion, or creating a new inner state through willpower. It works with the conditions from which our reactions emerge. As these conditions shift, different thoughts, choices, and behaviours may arise with less effort and less need to be constantly maintained.

How the Nestioo Method understands the Light Body

The Light Body is the central concept of the Nestioo Method. It is not understood as something outside the person or as an external spiritual force entering their life.

Within this approach, the Light Body is seen as a natural aspect of who we are, operating at a subtler level. It acts as a bridge between our everyday personality and our soul and is, in many ways, closer to the deeper essence of who we are than the mind we use for thinking, planning, and navigating daily life.

Within the Nestioo Method, the Light Body carries processes of energetic transformation, release, and reorganisation. These may include the release of old patterns, the reception of new inner information, changes within the energy field, and the gradual stabilisation of a different way of responding.

The mind and physical body do not become less important. Each aspect of us has its own natural role. We move through the physical world with the body, while we use the mind to think, organise information, plan, evaluate, and make practical decisions. The Light Body works with transformational processes that cannot always be completed through intellectual understanding alone.

This is why the Nestioo Method does not ask the mind to carry the entire process of change. If someone has understood a pattern for years and it continues to return, the problem may not be that they have failed to analyse it deeply enough. The shift may simply not have taken place at the level where the pattern is being maintained.

Light Body work is therefore not intended as an escape from everyday reality. Its value is reflected in practical changes: how we respond in relationships, how quickly we return to balance, whether our decisions arise from pressure or clarity, and whether particular steps in life continue to require the same degree of inner struggle.

The three foundational pillars of Nestioo practice

The practical structure of the Nestioo Method rests on three connected pillars: Intention, Nestioo Forms, and Allowing.

Intention gives direction to the practice. It is not an affirmation, a visualisation, or an attempt to convince the mind that something has already happened. Its purpose is to clarify the area in which change, release, support, or recalibration is welcome.

The next step is activating the appropriate Nestioo Form. Forms create space within the energy field so that the Light Body can respond to the Intention. They do not perform the transformation themselves. Instead, they provide the inner structure and conditions in which the Light Body can work more freely.

The third pillar is Allowing. Allowing is not passive waiting, but an active form of non-interference. The person remains present while letting go of the need to manage the process, manufacture a particular feeling, accelerate what is happening, or repeatedly check whether the practice is working.

Intention gives direction. Forms create space. Allowing lets the Light Body work without unnecessary interference.

For many people, Allowing is the most unfamiliar part of the method. We are accustomed to believing that something will work better if we concentrate more intensely, apply more effort, or create a stronger experience. In Nestioo practice, this effort can have the opposite effect. It creates additional pressure and tightens the very space the process requires.

Why Somatic Presence matters

Although the Nestioo Method centres on Light Body work, its practices do not involve disconnecting from the physical body. Quite the opposite: the body is where we become aware of what is actually happening in the present moment.

The first step is Somatic Awareness, the ability to notice the breath, warmth, pressure, heaviness, openness, tightness, movement, or stillness within the body. This does not mean thinking about the body, analysing sensations, or observing ourselves from a distance. It means becoming aware of our direct physical experience.

Somatic Presence takes this one step further. It means remaining with the bodily experience while consciously cooperating with the Light Body. Instead of immediately trying to change what we feel or turning discomfort into a story that needs to be solved, we stay connected to the experience and allow the energetic process to unfold without constant mental interference.

A simple way to express the distinction is: Somatic Awareness notices the experience. Somatic Presence stays with the experience while consciously cooperating with the Light Body.

This is how Somatic Presence supports Light Body work throughout the Nestioo Method. It helps the person remain embodied and connected while energetic patterns are shifting.

Expansion mode and contraction mode

The Nestioo Method distinguishes between expansion mode and contraction mode. Expansion may be experienced as openness, curiosity, spaciousness, inspiration, or readiness to receive something new. Contraction may appear as tightness, pressure, heaviness, holding, friction, or discomfort.

Neither mode is considered better or more desirable. They simply describe how the system is meeting the present moment.

Discomfort is therefore not automatically treated as a problem that must be removed. Within the Nestioo framework, it may appear when new inner information, a different frequency, or a shift in awareness meets the current limits of what the system can comfortably hold. Put simply, discomfort can arise when something new meets something familiar.

In those moments, the aim is not to force the discomfort to disappear. The practice creates enough space for the Light Body to work with the energetic pattern beneath the sensation while the person remains connected to the body.

Meditative and movement-based forms of Allowing

At the foundational level, within the Nestioo Core Module, the method is practised primarily in a meditative position, either sitting or lying down. This allows students to develop Somatic Presence, become familiar with the basic Nestioo Forms, and learn to remain with their experience without unnecessary mental interference.

More advanced versions of the method also use movement-based forms of Allowing. These may include shaking practices, spontaneous torsional swaying, and brisk interval walking in which shorter periods of faster walking alternate with a slower pace.

These practices use movement as another form of Allowing, rather than as exercise or physical release alone. Through movement, the body remains part of the process while energetic patterns shift, release, or reorganise.

The Core Module as the foundation

The entry point into the method is the Nestioo Core Module. It is a foundational programme in which students learn how to relate to the Light Body, develop Somatic Presence, work with Intention and Nestioo Forms, and understand the role of Allowing.

The Core Module is not designed as a collection of techniques to master as quickly as possible. It is a framework students return to as their relationship with the Light Body, the body, and the energy field becomes more familiar.

The module introduces several core practices, each with a different role within the wider method.

Let It In

Let It In is one of the foundational practices of the Core Module. Its purpose is to create space for what a person most needs in the present moment, such as support, clarity, healing, guidance, or blessings.

Rather than deciding in advance exactly what should be received, the person invites the Light Body to gently reorganise the energy field so it can become more available to what is already present. The practice is not based on forcing an outcome, but on receptivity.

Instead of trying to make something happen, the person creates space for what is already available to enter the energy field in a way the system can genuinely receive.

Vibe Recalibration

Vibe Recalibration supports the recalibration of the energy field to the frequency that most supports the person’s next stage of growth. The aim is not to reach the highest possible vibration or produce a temporary elevated state. What matters is resonance: the frequency the system is genuinely ready to embody and live from.

Many people experience greater clarity, peace, connection, or inspiration after meditation, a retreat, or a powerful spiritual experience. Yet if the system is not ready to live from that frequency consistently, the experience may fade.

Vibe Recalibration does not attempt to preserve the peak of the experience. It helps the system recognise, embody, and stabilise a new frequency until it begins to feel more natural in everyday life.

The purpose is not to become someone else. It is to become more available to the qualities, choices, and direction that already support the next stage of growth.

Set the Field

Set the Field opens the energy field to the codes of Divine Love, Peace, and Abundance. Within the language of the Nestioo Method, these qualities are not produced through mental effort or by trying to create a particular mood. They are understood as already available. The question is whether the system is open and stable enough to receive them.

Set the Field is not intended to make someone force themselves to feel peaceful, loved, abundant, or connected. Its role is to support the wider process by bringing greater stability, receptivity, safety, and ease into the energy field.

It does not need to become a daily obligation. Within the Core Module, it serves as an occasional supportive practice.

Nestioo Processing

Nestioo Processing is used when discomfort, pressure, heaviness, friction, or inner tightness appears. In the Nestioo Method, discomfort is not automatically seen as a problem or as evidence that something has gone wrong. It may indicate that the system has reached the edge of what it can currently hold.

Rather than immediately analysing the discomfort, trying to remove it, or turning it into impulsive action, Nestioo Processing helps the person move away from the story and return to the direct sensation in the body.

The practice creates the conditions in which the Light Body can work with the energetic pattern beneath the discomfort while the person remains connected through Somatic Presence.

This does not mean ignoring the meaning of an experience or refusing to take practical action. It means allowing the process to unfold before the mind decides what the experience means or what must immediately be done about it.

Vibrational Problem Solving

The Core Module also introduces Vibrational Problem Solving. This approach is used when something in life feels stuck, repetitive, or unresponsive to familiar ways of thinking and acting.

Rather than continuing to examine the problem only from the level at which it is being experienced, the person creates space for the underlying energetic conditions to reorganise.

A shift may not appear as an immediate answer during the practice. It may emerge later as a new question, idea, connection, insight, opportunity, or different way of seeing the situation.

The purpose is not to avoid practical thinking. It is to allow a new inner reference point to appear before the mind returns to planning, evaluating, and taking action.

How the Core practices work together

The foundational practices of the Nestioo Method have different but connected roles. Let It In opens space for the support, clarity, and guidance needed now. Vibe Recalibration supports alignment with the frequency that serves the next stage of growth. Set the Field brings greater stability, safety, and receptivity to the energy field. Nestioo Processing works with contraction and discomfort as change unfolds, while Vibrational Problem Solving creates space for persistent situations to reorganise at a different level.

Together, these practices teach the person how to give direction to the Light Body, create space through Nestioo Forms, remain connected through Somatic Presence, and allow change to unfold without unnecessary interference.

Core Module Plus and Expanded Modules

After the foundational programme, the Nestioo pathway continues through Core Module Plus and the Expanded Modules.

Core Module Plus builds upon the initial experience and develops a person’s ability to work with the method in a more stable and nuanced way. It strengthens the relationship with the Light Body, expands the use of foundational principles, and deepens the practice of Somatic Presence as further changes unfold.

The Expanded Modules introduce additional and more specialised applications of the method. They explore further transformational processes, additional Nestioo Forms, movement-based approaches, and more advanced ways of working with particular areas of personal development.

This structure allows the method to be learned gradually. The person first establishes a foundational relationship with the Light Body and direct bodily experience. The practice is then expanded before moving into more specialised processes.

Professional certification pathways

Nestioo can be used as a personal practice, but the method is also taught through professional training and certification pathways. Personal experience remains the foundation. Before someone begins applying the method in work with others, it is important that they understand its principles not only as theory, but through their own direct experience.

The Certified Light Body Meditation Teacher pathway prepares participants to guide Light Body meditations and create supportive spaces in which others can experience foundational Nestioo practices.

The Certified Light Body Transformational Coach pathway is designed for coaches and holistic practitioners who want to use the method within a broader transformational process.

The two pathways serve different professional roles, but both begin with the same foundation: a lived relationship with the Light Body, Somatic Presence, Nestioo Forms, and Allowing.

Change the system can hold

The Nestioo Method does not promise that every pattern will disappear after one meditation, nor does it begin from the assumption that a person must constantly be fixed, improved, or transformed.

Its starting point is simpler: Change becomes more sustainable when the system has enough space and capacity to receive and hold it.

This is why the most meaningful shifts do not always happen in dramatic moments. Sometimes we recognise them only later, when we notice that we no longer react in the same way, a decision emerges without the familiar inner struggle, or something that held us for years gradually begins to lose its grip.

In this sense, the Nestioo Method does not separate spiritual experience from everyday life. The value of the work is not measured only by what happens during meditation or practice, but by what becomes possible afterwards.

Perhaps this is its most important idea: Deep transformation is not simply what we understand or experience once. It is what the body, the energy field, and the whole inner system gradually become available to live.
