Many people interested in spirituality, energy work, and personal growth have heard the term “Light Body.”
But what exactly is the Light Body?
Is it part of your soul?
Is it connected to Higher Consciousness?
And what does Light Body activation actually mean?
In the Nestioo Method, the Light Body is viewed as a subtle aspect of yourself that operates beyond the level of thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. It is the part of you naturally involved in deeper energetic processes such as transformation, integration, and release.
In this article, you’ll learn:
- What the Light Body is
- What Light Body activation means
- The two phases of Light Body activation
- How the Light Body relates to your soul
- Why some forms of inner transformation cannot be achieved through thinking alone
- The role of the Light Body in the Nestioo Method
The following article is adapted from a lesson within the Nestioo Core Module.

What Is Your Light Body?
By Tomislav Tomić, Founder of the Nestioo Method
So, what is your Light Body?
My hope is that by the end of this course, you’ll have your own answer to that question. Not because I gave you a definition, but because you’ve experienced it directly.
But to give you a starting point, let me share how I see it.
In the simplest sense, your Light Body is you, just operating at a more subtle level.
In the same way that you are your mind and your physical body, you are also your Light Body. And the more often you come into conscious contact with it, the more your experience of yourself begins to change.
Gradually, you stop experiencing your Light Body as something you work with. You stop experiencing it as a tool. Instead, you begin to recognize it as a natural part of who you are.
From a practical perspective, your Light Body is the part of you that is naturally responsible for deeper energetic processes such as transformation, integration, and release.
Now, this is important.
These processes don’t primarily happen at the level of thoughts or emotions. They happen at the level of the subtle energy patterns that exist beneath those experiences.
And this may explain something many people have struggled with for years.
You can understand a pattern. You can analyze it. You can gain insight after insight. And yet sometimes the pattern remains.
Not because you’re doing anything wrong.
But because we’re often trying to create change at the level of thoughts and emotions, while the real shift actually begins deeper than that.
In other words, your Light Body doesn’t primarily work with the thoughts and emotions you experience. It works with the deeper patterns that create them.
In the Nestioo Method, we don’t see thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations as the main cause of experience. We see them as translations. They are the way your system translates deeper energetic patterns into experiences you can consciously perceive.
Activating Your Light Body
Now let’s talk about activation.
Every time you practice a Nestioo method, you’re not just doing an exercise.
You’re also activating your Light Body.
And activation doesn’t mean that something new is being added to you.
Nothing is being installed.
Nothing is being upgraded.
Activation simply means that your system begins recognizing the frequency of your Light Body more clearly.
It starts distinguishing that frequency from all the other frequencies active within you.
And why is that important?
Because as this activation deepens, the way change unfolds within you begins to shift as well.
You gradually stop trying to solve everything through thinking, analyzing, controlling, and figuring things out. And you begin allowing change to happen at the level where it actually originates: the level of subtle energetic patterns.
As a result, there is less inner pressure. Less forcing. Less trying to make something happen.
And instead, you begin to notice that change unfolds more steadily when you stop interfering with every step.
Of course, this doesn’t happen overnight. It happens through many small moments. Very subtle moments. With each Nestioo practice, a small moment of recognition may occur. A moment when your Light Body begins to feel familiar. Close. Almost like something you’ve always known.
And that recognition is the first phase of activation.
Over time, as those moments repeat, something deeper begins to happen.
You begin to realize that your Light Body isn’t some benevolent force outside of you. It isn’t something helping you from a distance. It isn’t your spiritual guide. And it isn’t some higher being watching over you.
It’s you.
Literally.
The Two Phases of Activation
From the perspective of the Nestioo Method, activation unfolds in two phases.
The first phase is Recognition.
This is when your system begins to experience the frequency of your Light Body as something familiar.
The second phase is Remembering.
This is when you begin to directly experience that your Light Body isn’t separate from you. It’s part of who you truly are. This is why activation doesn’t mean adding something new to yourself.
It means inclusion. You gradually include more of your Light Body in the way you experience yourself. Over time, the feeling that you’re working with your Light Body begins to fade. And a different feeling starts to emerge: the feeling that you’re simply including more of yourself. And that’s perfectly natural.
Because your Light Body isn’t something outside of you.
It’s you. Experienced at a more subtle frequency.
In many ways, your Light Body is closer to your soul than your mind or your physical body. And that’s why it can often feel like a more direct reflection of who you truly are.
Your Light Body as a Bridge
Your Light Body acts as a bridge between your personality and your soul.
You can also think of it as a doorway to deeper awareness, deeper intuition, and deeper inner knowing.
Your physical body, your mind, your Light Body, and your soul are all aspects of you. Each operates at a different level. Yet all of them are active at the same time while you live your everyday life.

The Role of the Light Body in the Nestioo Method
And this brings us to the role your Light Body plays in the Nestioo Method.
Because once you begin to understand what it is, it becomes much easier to understand why we work with it the way we do.
The Nestioo Method is deeply holistic.
We don’t expect one part of ourselves to do everything. Instead, we allow each part of ourselves to do what it was naturally designed to do.
Think about it.
If you need to move a chair across the room, you don’t sit there analyzing the chair. You don’t visualize it moving. You stand up and move it with your body.
Not because that’s spiritual.
And not because it’s unspiritual.
But because movement belongs to the body.
The same thing applies when you’re planning a project. You don’t try to organize it with your muscles. You use your mind. You think. You plan. You organize. You structure. Each part of you performs the role it was designed for. That’s natural. And it’s something you already do every day.
But when transformation becomes necessary, when deeper inner change begins, this is where things often become less clear. Maybe you’ve tried to release an attachment that you fully understand on a mental level, yet it keeps returning. Maybe you’ve felt pressure, heaviness, or tension that doesn’t seem to go away, no matter how much you’ve worked on it.
Or maybe you’ve sensed a new possibility. A new version of yourself. A new direction. Something that feels present but somehow hasn’t fully come alive within you yet. It hasn’t become operational. In those moments, most people automatically turn to the mind. They analyze. They search for explanations. They look for meaning. They try to figure everything out so the change can finally happen.
And if you’re anything like many people who find their way to this work, you’ve probably done this too.
You’ve thought about it. Journaled about it. Read books about it. Listened to podcasts about it. Maybe you’ve even had moments where you understood exactly why the pattern was there.
Yet the pattern remained. Not because you failed.
But because understanding and transformation are not always the same thing.
***
Some people go in the opposite direction. They rely on willpower. They push. They force. They try to make the change happen faster. And very often, they stay busy to avoid the experience altogether. They work. They exercise. They scroll. They distract themselves. Anything that helps them avoid feeling what is actually happening inside. But all of these are examples of asking one part of ourselves to handle something it was never designed to handle.
Because processes such as releasing old energetic patterns or integrating new ones don’t belong to the mind. They belong to your Light Body.
That’s why, in the Nestioo Method, we don’t ask the mind to solve what isn’t a mental process. And we don’t ask the body to carry what isn’t physical. We allow each part of ourselves to do what it was designed to do.
And when your Light Body begins handling the processes that naturally belong to it, something surprising starts to happen. Pressure begins to soften. The need to constantly think, analyze, and force begins to quiet down.
Things start moving in a way that can’t always be fully explained but can be clearly felt.
And perhaps the most important thing to remember is this:
You don’t need to add anything new to yourself.
You simply need to stop asking the wrong parts of yourself to carry what doesn’t belong to them.
Because deeper transformation doesn’t happen at the level of thoughts or emotions. It happens at the level of the subtle energy patterns that shape your experience.
And once you begin understanding that, you start relating to your thoughts, emotions, and inner change in a completely different way.
Because that’s the space where your Light Body naturally operates.
